Ingredients

<ul><li>Cooked pork pieces - at least 2 c.&nbsp;</li>
<li>(leftover roast or country&nbsp;</li>
<li>style spareribs work great)&nbsp;</li>
<li>1 can pineapple tidbits or chunks&nbsp;</li>
<li>1 c. reg. Kraft barbecue sauce&nbsp;</li>
<li>2 tbsp. cornstarch&nbsp;</li>
<li>1/2 c. cold water&nbsp;</li>
<li>1 med. green pepper, cut in strips</li></ul>

Cooking Instructions

<p>Heat together in saucepan: pork pieces, pineapple, and barbecue&nbsp;</p>
<p>sauce. Blend cornstarch with cold water; stir into meat. Cook and stir&nbsp;</p>
<p>until thickened. Add green pepper. Heat through. Serve on rice.</p>
