Cooking Instructions
<p>Blanch green beans. Cook beans until tender. Blanching is not enough.fry bacon until crispremove bacon the add slice onionsSauté onions until softAdd bread crumbs to sautéed onionsfry until onions are crispDrain onions then place a paper towel to drainAdd 1 stick on butter to pan that had onions After butter melts add mushroomsAfter mushroom cook add garlic and flourstir to create a rouxAdd stock and stirAdd cream and stiradd cheese and stirSalt to tasteStir until thickens then remove from heat and add green beans.Pour into casserole dishTop with crumbled bacon and onions</p>
