Ingredients
<ul><li>1 lb. ground beef </li>
<li>3/4 cup chopped onion </li>
<li>1 garlic glove, minced </li>
<li>2 tbsp. Mexene Chili Powder </li>
<li>1 tbsp. flour </li>
<li>1 tbsp. salt </li>
<li>1/2 tsp. ground cumin </li>
<li>1/2 tsp. sugar </li>
<li>1 8 oz. can tomato sauce </li>
<li>1 cup water </li>
</ul>
Cooking Instructions
<p>Put ground beef in a large, deep skillet, and cook over medium-high until brown. </p>

<p>Drain and set aside. </p>

<p>Add browned beef along with all other ingredients to a large kettle. </p>

<p>Bring to boil. </p>
<p> </p>
<p>Reduce heat and simmer for 1 to 1.5 hours, stirring occasionally. </p>
